1. What GigMap is

GigMap is a marketplace app operated by IGEEQ LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, USA, that connects people who need small offline tasks done ("posters") with people willing to do them ("workers"). GigMap only provides the map, listings, offers, and chat. We are not a party to any agreement between a poster and a worker, we do not employ workers, and we do not handle payment — payment is arranged directly between the two users, in cash or by transfer, in the currency stated on the gig.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

3. Rules of conduct

• Post only real gigs for lawful offline work, with an honest description and pay.
• No illegal tasks, no tasks that endanger anyone, no adult services, no recruiting for third-party schemes.
• Offers are limited to 10 per worker per day — this is an anti-spam rule, not a suggestion.
• Chat is for arranging the gig you matched on. No harassment, spam, threats, or scams.
• Photos you attach must relate to the gig and must not contain unlawful or offensive content.
• Show up when you committed to. Reliability ("shows up %") is computed from your confirmed matches and shown to other users.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (gig descriptions, photos, messages, reviews). You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to run the service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report any gig, user, photo, or message from inside the app; we review reports and may remove violating content or suspend violating accounts without notice. You can also block any user, after which you will not see each other's gigs or messages.

5. Safety and disclaimers

Meeting people from the internet carries risk. Check ratings and the shows-up score, agree on details in chat before meeting, and use common sense. GigMap is provided "as is": to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for the quality of work performed, for payment disputes between users, or for anything that happens at a gig. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Termination

You can stop using GigMap and delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
